28 | Are You Addicted to Negative Thinking? Sharing What I Did (and continue to do) to Break Free from Negativity

Hey Girlfriend!

You want to break free from negative thinking but, it just has a hold on you that just won’t let go!  You might be addicted to it.

In today’s episode, I’m referencing it "feeling" like an addiction and I  suggest ideas that may be helpful to you to break free from it.  I’m also sharing with you the fine line I walk everyday to ensure I don’t get addicted to it again.
