It’s the beginning of the third quarter of the year … time to set new goals!

In today’s episode, I share with you how I divide this quarter into two sections:  summer goals and a goal for September. 

I invite you to set a goal to reconnect with yourself this summer.  And, I give you 10 ideas to get your thinking started of what that goal can be to help you achieve this. 

It is in reconnecting with ourselves that we will truly find what is a happy life for us ❤️.
