99 | Negative Thought Patterns that Trigger Fear and Positive Affirmation to Help Overcome Fear
Fear can stop us in our tracks, making us unable to see a situation clearly. Negative thought patterns of catastrophizing and overgeneralizing can fuel feelings of fear. In today’s episode, I’m reviewing fear and sharing with you my go-to Choose Happy affirmation I use to help me navigate the feelings of fear so that I can determine the right next step.
